Client Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

•Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
•Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
•Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our website, servers, or networks
•Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement

Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are allocated as follows:

•Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project
•IC Studio retains the right to use general-purpose code, frameworks, and components in other projects
•Third-party libraries and tools remain subject to their respective licenses

Payment Terms

Payment conditions for our services:

•Projects are invoiced according to the agreed payment schedule (typically milestone-based or monthly)
•Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
•Payment disputes must be raised within 14 days of invoice receipt

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

•Our website and free tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
•IC Studio's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question
•The client agrees to indemnify IC Studio against claims arising from misuse of delivered products

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement under the following conditions:

•The client may terminate by providing written notice and paying for all work completed to date
•IC Studio may terminate if the client fails to meet payment obligations or breaches these Terms
•Upon termination, all completed deliverables paid for will be transferred to the client

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ukraine.
