Scope of Services

IC Studio delivers custom digital solutions including web applications, websites, integrations, and consulting services. The following principles apply to all engagements:

• •All deliverables are defined in a written project proposal or statement of work agreed upon before development begins
• •Project timelines are estimated based on the agreed scope. Significant scope changes may require timeline adjustments communicated in advance
• •We maintain regular communication via agreed channels (email, Slack, project management tools) with status updates at defined intervals
• •Change requests beyond the original scope are documented, estimated separately, and require written approval before implementation

Project Process

Our projects follow a structured process designed for transparency and quality:

• •Discovery phase — we analyze your requirements, business goals, and technical constraints to define the project scope
• •Proposal — a detailed project proposal is prepared including scope, timeline, technology stack, and cost estimate
• •Milestone-based delivery — work is divided into milestones with defined deliverables, allowing progress review at each stage
• •Acceptance testing — each milestone undergoes client review and acceptance before proceeding to the next phase

Client Responsibilities

Successful project delivery requires active client participation. You agree to:

• •Provide all necessary content, brand assets, credentials, and materials in a timely manner as outlined in the project plan
• •Review deliverables and provide feedback within the agreed timeframe (typically 5 business days unless otherwise specified)
• •Grant timely access to required systems, hosting environments, APIs, and third-party services needed for the project
• •Designate a single point of contact with decision-making authority to approve deliverables and resolve questions efficiently

Warranties & Support

We stand behind the quality of our work with the following guarantees:

• •30-day bug fix warranty — any defects in delivered functionality (relative to the agreed specification) will be fixed at no additional cost within 30 days of project completion
• •We do not provide warranties for third-party services, APIs, libraries, or hosting providers used in the project. These are subject to their own terms and SLAs
• •Ongoing support and maintenance is available through separate support agreements with defined response times and service levels

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement:

• •Confidentiality obligations are mutual — both IC Studio and the client agree not to disclose proprietary business information, trade secrets, or project details to third parties
• •Exceptions include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law
• •Confidentiality obligations remain in effect for 2 years after the conclusion of the engagement, unless a separate NDA specifies different terms

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, cyberattacks, or major infrastructure failures. The affected party must notify the other party promptly and make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact. If a force majeure event continues for more than 60 days, either party may terminate the engagement with payment for all work completed to date.
